1) 2) Write an  evaluation  of your work: have you succeeded in your brief to create a new, original edition of an existing magazine? I think I have succeeded in my brief to create a new, original edition of and existing 'PAPER' magazine cover because I have used a similar font that looks alike to the actual covers. I have included a colour scheme and introduced my model. I have also included the location, season, year and price which are all the conventions of 'PAPER' magazine. 3) Put your cover alongside a couple of genuine covers of your chosen magazine. How  professional  is your work alongside genuine examples? I think my cover looks professional but maybe I should have added a faint clear light on to the models face in order to help accentuate her features. However, I have included all aspects that 'PAPER' magazine include and think that this adds to the professional aspect of my cover. 4) What is the  strongest  aspect of your work? I

'Paper' magazine doesn't have a main flash, the only writing present on the cover is the magazine name, the celebrity name and one or two words in smaller print under the celebrities name that usually links/refers to the star in some way. For example, underneath RuPaul's name 'Pride' is written and for Kim Kardashian it's 'Break The Internet' because she is usually known for posting certain images on social media that causes quite a buzz amongst people. For my magazine cover, I will have my friend model and will have her name written at the bottom. As my model is an 'artsy' and 'creative' person I will choose to have one word that represents her as a whole.  Here are a list of words that I might use:  - Creativity  - Mastery  - Virtuosity  - Flair  - Finesse  ( this is what I most likely will use ) - Artistry My model will be wearing enough make up that would be noticeable to the viewers, her make up won'

Here are three different fashion magazine examples: Chosen magazine: I have chosen 'Paper' magazine because it is different from other magazines. It has a distinctive font and doesn't have cover lines. 'Paper' magazines central image is the main focus and draws the attention of viewers and readers.  Examples of 'Paper' magazine: Find  three  different front covers for your chosen magazine and embed them in your blogpost. Analyse the fonts, colours and typical design. What is the language or writing style? How are the cover lines presented? You need to become an expert in the design and construction of this magazine and its branding. The font used for most magazines is quite 'blocky' and people would be able to recognise that this is Paper magazine.
